Join us for She Speaks Truth: Only God — Stories of Hope, a powerful half-day gathering where real women share real stories of how God showed up, made a way, and changed everything.

In Scripture, hope isn’t wishful thinking; it means confidence — a deep assurance that God is who He says He is and that He is with us, right here, right now. Together, we’ll celebrate the One who clears the path to our hearts, pours out His love until it overflows onto those around us, infuses us with strength to live holy, and fills us with confidence in His presence.

  • Vanessa has a heart for people to grow in intimacy with Christ. She is passionate about transforming potential into action. At the age of 24, Vanessa founded her ministry, Ignite Life, with the mission to equip, empower, and mobilize women to be the spark that ignites change in the world for the sake of Christ. Out of her desire to mobilize women in the church, one small conference gave birth to a movement of Christian women. Although this ministry is a huge priority in her life, her first ministry is her family. Vanessa has been married to her “Prince” Evan, for 11 years and her life is filled with joy and chaos raising her three children (Owen, 9; Ethan, 7; Charlotte, 5)

  • Amy Oberg is the owner of Hope & Health Hub, a mental health center with five counselors offering pastoral counseling, mental health coaching, and online workshops. She is an educator, speaker, and author of six books, including Cloud Tool for Littles and three journals (Cloud Tool Journal, Cloud Tool Journal for Marriage, and Cloud Tool: Mental Health with Generation Z). Passionate about faith and mental well-being, she holds a Bible degree and a Master’s in Psychology.   • Robin Smith is the founder of RS Focused Consulting, where she helps women in ministry and nonprofit leadership discover how to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. After nearly 40 years of serving in both ministry and nonprofit work, Robin knows firsthand the joys and challenges that come with leading others — and she’s passionate about walking alongside women as they grow into the leaders God created them to be.

    Robin also partners with Ignite Life, where she provides training, program development, and leadership support. She absolutely loves being part of a ministry that’s changing lives and helping women step into their God-given potential.

    When she’s not coaching or consulting, you’ll probably find Robin poolside with a good book in hand. She never gets enough of Jesus, her husband, the Bible, and the great outdoors — all things that keep her grounded and inspired.

    Robin calls Avenue Church home, and one of her greatest joys is speaking to women and watching God’s Word come alive in their hearts. Her mission is simple: to help women see themselves the way God sees them — strong, capable, and deeply loved.

  • Krista Plummer is a wife to her amazing husband, Alex, and a mom of a beautiful two-year-old daughter, Charlie Jo. She is an amazing friend, a prayer warrior, and a follower of Jesus. She attends Oasis church in Kingman. She recently started golfing with her little family for a hobby and surprisingly loves it (even if it is mostly because golf courses are stunning). She is ready to share the hope that can come into your life when you decide to surrender your agenda, obey God’s direction, and lean all the way into the loving arms of Jesus.

  • Mikayla Goette is a devoted mom to 3 beautiful kids (son, Chandler, and twin daughters, Abby and Olivia). She has been married to her husband, Justin, for 10 years this year! Mikayla attends Journey Church in Kingman, AZ. She recently became a travel agent after discovering she has a special set of skills to navigate the world of itineraries and deals that make up such a big part of vacation planning. Mikayla loves spending time with her family (especially time spent at Disney parks) and gives her all in everything she does. She is excited to speak to women about the faithfulness of God during seasons where putting all your hope in Him is the only way to get by. She can’t wait to witness the stories that will unfold in the lives of women as they receive His faithfulness and cling to hope in every one of life’s situations. 

  • Cindy Crawford was a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer of 35 years. She attends Oasis Church in Kingman, AZ, and has two amazing miniature Australian Shepards. Cindy loves speaking to women about our Lord Jesus Christ to facilitate encouragement, discipleship, and deep friendships.

  • Crystal Rapp is a board-certified Christian counselor, speaker, and founder of Kingdom Women. She serves as Life Director at Oasis Church in Kingman alongside her husband. Crystal holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Ministry and Women’s Leadership. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples find healing, strengthen relationships, and grow in both faith and emotional health.

    Crystal is a die hard Seattle Seahawks fan. 

  • Melissa Kemp works as an Accounting Specialist for a Restaurant Franchisee who started locally in Kingman in 1982 and now operates in 9 states. She attends Oasis Church in Kingman, AZ, and loves to be creative. When it comes to crafting, she’ll try anything once, but continues to go back to her favorites – scrapbooking, card making, event decorating, and painting. Melissa finds joy in coming alongside ministries that draw people near to God and to be used for His purposes. She looks forward to sharing her life stories and wisdom He has given her with the women at She Speaks Truth.
