There are three things women crave: Jesus, Coffee, and Conversation! Gather around the table with women of all ages and stages who desire to have conversation that matters! We are a multi-generational group of women who meet once a month at multiple locations for dessert, Bible-Teaching, and authentic community.

Set Apart: Living for God’s Greater Purpose
What if holiness wasn’t something we chased for eternity, but something we were invited to live out today?
This year at CRAVE we will journey through Romans 5 and 6, taking a fresh look at holy living—not as a burdensome standard, but as a Spirit-empowered reality for those who belong to Jesus. We’ll explore what it means to be set apart, not just saved for heaven, but transformed for earth—here and now.
Each month builds on the truth that holiness is not only possible, it’s our calling. This study will challenge, refine, and awaken you to the reality that you’ve been set apart—not just for one day, but for this day. Holiness isn’t out of reach. It’s the Spirit-filled rhythm of those who belong to the Kingdom.
Join us, and step into a holy life that reflects heaven, here on earth.
We have designed every gathering at Ignite Life to play a part in equipping, empowering, and mobilizing you in your faith journey with Jesus. The same curriculum will be taught at every gathering, regardless of which location you attend.

Vanessa has a heart for people to grow in intimacy with Christ. She is passionate about transforming potential into action. At the age of 24, Vanessa founded her ministry, Ignite Life, with the mission to equip, empower, and mobilize women to be the spark that ignites change in the world for the sake of Christ. Out of her desire to mobilize women in the church, one small conference gave birth to a movement of Christian women. Although this ministry is a huge priority in her life, her first ministry is her family. Vanessa has been married to her “Prince” Evan, for 12 years and her life is filled with joy and chaos raising her three children (Owen, 11; Ethan, 9; Charlotte, 6)

Robin Smith describes herself first and foremost as an apprentice of Jesus. In seeking the best way to use her gifts, she established Focus Consulting as a means to empower individuals, especially women in the non-profit sector, to lead with focus, confidence, and purpose. With over 38 years of experience in non-profit leadership, she offers Women’s leadership mastermind groups, one-on-one coaching, staff and board training, and speaks at conferences, retreats, and Bible studies.
One of her greatest joys comes from encouraging, strengthening, and challenging others to reach their full potential and become all that God created and intends them to be.
Robin serves on the Board of Directors and teaching team with Ignite LIfe. She lives in Henderson, NV, with her husband, Homer. They have two children and one grandchild. The best day ever would be a day spent either hiking in the mountains or relaxing on a beach with a really good book.

Lindsey Bosma is a creative and compelling leader, communicator, and pastor. In February of 2017, she and her husband Jeremy launched Avenue Church in her hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. Whether she is ministering on Sunday morning, adding special elements to a project, or developing leaders and teams, she does everything with a contagious joy and great attention to detail. She absolutely loves being a wife, mom, Christian leader, and life long learner. She has been married to Jeremy for 17 years and is mom to two super fun boys Levi and Derek.

Founder and Director of Experience Faith, a ministry that invites you to experience the fullness of Jesus in heart, soul, mind and body, Sara finds great joy in journeying with others on the wild ride closer to the heart of Christ. Her personal journey brought her a God-fearing husband who led her to the Lord in the year 2000, marriage in 2004, a daughter in 2006, son in 2010 and many mission trips, world travels, and adventures along the way!

Jackie has a heart for building authentic relationships, encouraging others and being a servant for the Lord. Jackie has been serving in Women’s Ministry since 1999 and it continues to be one of the greatest passions of her life. She loves creating spaces where women can grow, heal, connect and deepen their walk with Christ. She has been a leader of Moms in Prayer International for the northwest part of the valley for the past 26 years.
She has been married for seven wonderful years to her amazing husband and they serve at The Crossing Midtown. May 2025, Jackie graduated from Cornerstone Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership, which has further equipped her to lead and encourage others with wisdom and compassion.
She is excited to join the Teaching Team of Ignite Life and look forward to helping Ignite Life reach more women and expand the impact within the Spanish speaking community in our valley. Jackie’s heart is to see every woman feel welcomed, valued, seen and empowered in her faith journey.
Jackie is also a certified paralegal and manages a law firm in Summerlin. In her spare time, you will find Jackie snuggled up coloring or reading a good book. She has also found her prayer life strengthened by walking with the Lord in the beautiful outdoors.

Cristen is a licensed clinical social worker and passionate individual with a heart for seeing others step into life of fullness, healing, and purpose in Christ. Her desire is to help others feel truly seen, heard, and loved through God’s love and truth. Cristen has worked towards helping others do this in her therapy practice in Las Vegas and Washington state working with those affected by abuse, human trafficking, and trauma in all walks of life. Cristen has a desire for helping individuals and communities experience God’s love in their own life in order to help mobilize them to further become kingdom contributors. One of her greatest joys is getting to be a part of the journey of growth with others through intersecting the clinical with the transforming love and power of Christ.

Living her best life, Equilla has been married to her amazing husband Stan for 18 years and together they have a blended family of three adult children and eight grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, discovering new places and spending time with family and friends.
She is a Pastor, Mentor, Coach, Missionary, Speaker and the Founder and Executive Director of Lift One Up, a non-profit organization dedicated to impacting the women and today’s youth in the Las Vegas valley! Known for her wisdom, generosity, and authenticity, she is driven by her Christian faith to positively impact others and help them realize God’s plan for their lives.
Equilla and Lift One Up believes that just helping one person creates a ripple effect, spreading positive impact to countless others!

Sarah Hechanova is a gifted leader and speaker, noted for her practical wisdom and strong faith. For the past 13 years she has enjoyed pastoring Neighborhood Church alongside her husband, Dodjiel, in the heart of downtown Henderson. Sarah loves to witness ladies’ lives changed for the glory of God. She embraces anytime she can speak His Word to ignite eternal transformation. When she is not serving the church community, you will find her soaking up every moment that she can with her family. Dodjiel and Sarah have four children – Lexi, Ethan, Noah, Gabe, and a granddaughter, Everly.

Rosie Harris is deeply passionate about helping women know Jesus and discover who God has created them to be. She believes one of life’s greatest joys is walking alongside women as they learn to see their stories through the lens of God’s redeeming grace and find healing, clarity, and hope along the way.
Rosie is a counselor by trade and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Traumatology. She has served in the mental health field for over 13 years and feels especially called to step into moments of crisis, helping bring order, clarity, and care where things feel overwhelming. Her heart is to see the church equipped to engage mental health with wisdom, compassion, and confidence, and to come alongside people rather than step away.
Rosie and her husband, Ricky, have been married for 14 years and are the parents of two children, Tripp and Rhian. Together, they are planting Sovereign City Church here in the valley.
In her spare time Rosie enjoys shopping and all things interior design. Above all, she is most excited to share her story, particularly the redeeming and restoring nature of God and His faithfulness in the midst of brokenness.
