Calamine Lotion for Your Soul

Loss is inevitable in our lives, yet it can be one of the hardest things we go through in life. Whether it’s the death of a family member or friend or a child who lived in your home for a short time. Whether it’s sudden or long-expected - the flood of emotion can often be more than we can bear. Some days we might try to avoid the pain and anxiety, other days we feel a little bit normal but then battle guilt over feeling that way. In this session, Michelle Blakely will discuss the necessity of grief and the healing process. It will encourage you and offer tools for the healing process, whether it’s you or someone you love who is grieving.
