1-2-3-4, My Emotions Are At War
Shame is a master emotion. It can trigger a whole spectrum of other emotions and result in inner talk that’s less than gratifying to the Lord… or to yourself. But your story doesn’t have to be written by shame. There’s a better one out there for you. In this session, Kimberly Malloy will dive into how we talk to ourselves, how we project this story onto our kids and how to respond to shame. She will also teach about how to leverage self-compassion, generosity and creativity as tools on the road to resilience.
